We are currently pre-selling orders with care and precision, ensuring the highest quality for your home. Please read the following information regarding shipping and returns for pre-sold items:

  • Build Time: Our furniture is handcrafted to your specifications, and the build process typically takes 6 weeks.

  • Shipping Time: After completion, your furniture will be shipped directly to you, with delivery taking an additional 6 weeks.

  • Total Wait Time: From the moment you place your order, you can expect your custom piece to arrive within 12 weeks.

We understand that waiting can be tough, and we promise that the quality and craftsmanship of your furniture will make the wait worth it! You will receive email updates throughout the process, including when your item is ready to ship.

Tracking Your Order

Once your furniture has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the custom nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

However, we will always stand by our craftsmanship, and if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We will guide you through the process of filing a claim and arrange for either a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please:

  1. Inspect the item upon delivery: If you notice any damage, please take photos of the packaging and damaged item immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours: Notify us via email at [your email address] with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Return Shipping: We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and either a repair or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Since each piece is made to order, cancellations can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, we begin the production process and unfortunately cannot offer cancellations.
