Our Service
We offer online, one-on-one conversational English tutoring designed to help you build confidence and fluency in real-life conversations. All sessions are held online at scheduled times that work best for you.
Booking & Payment

Sessions should be booked in advance through our website or scheduling system.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Once payment is completed, your session is confirmed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge.

Changes made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a late cancellation or rescheduling fee, or the session being counted as used.

If you don’t attend your session without notice, it will be considered a missed session and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
This policy helps us respect our tutors’ time and keep scheduling fair for everyone.
Refunds

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

If a session needs to be canceled by the tutor, we’ll happily reschedule it or provide a refund.
Technical Issues

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and working audio/video before your session.

Technical problems on the student’s side don’t qualify for refunds or late-cancellation exceptions.

If we experience technical issues on our end, we’ll reschedule your session at no extra cost.
